As of October 1, 2018, Novel Software Systems has started research for "Software for the analysis of the recurrent glioblastoma molecular and genomic metrics using high throughput sequencing data" project. The goal of the project is to create a minimally invasive method of diagnostics for the recurrent glioblastoma, which can be applied to a broad range of patients. Our partners will use innovative methods to collect initial samples like targeted needle multi-biopsy and extraction of circulating cancer DNA from spinal fluid. As the result of the project we will create a software system for monitoring molecular metrics using high throughput sequencing technologies. We will also create a statistical model for the tumor response to the treatment. This work is financially supported by Russian federal fund "Fund of Innovation Support".
